You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
Nexus Flow AI is a software-as-a-service business operations platform. The current offer is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the purchased version of the service, subject to these Terms, continued lawful use, technical availability, and any rights required by applicable law.
You may not use Nexus Flow AI to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or deceptive communications, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape protected data, or abuse platform resources.
You retain ownership of the business information you enter. You grant Nexus Flow AI the limited right to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
AI and automated recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. Nexus Flow AI does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Payments and some integrations may be provided by third parties such as Stripe or AI, email, and messaging providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply when you use those services.
We may update, maintain, replace, or discontinue individual features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Access may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, unlawful use, security threats, material violation of these Terms, or nonpayment where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Flow AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
